Return & Refund Policy

At The Sarcasity, every piece is made with intention — and because our Fall Collection is offered through a limited preorder, we want to make sure you understand our policy before placing your order.

PREORDERS

All Fall Collection items are available through preorder.

Once the preorder window closes, orders are submitted for production. Please allow approximately 14–21 BUSINESS days for your order to arrive, including production, shipping, and delivery to you.

Because items are produced specifically from preorder quantities, preorder purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sizing, color preference, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review the size information carefully before placing your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before the preorder closes.

Once the preorder closes and your order has been submitted for production, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to receive your order exactly as intended.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at the contact email provided on our website.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and any damage or defect

  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing or care

  • Accidental damage

  • Alterations or modifications made after delivery

  • Failure to follow the garment care instructions

REFUNDS

If you are approved for a refund, you will be notified once the refund has been processed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your financial institution additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
