Thank you for shopping with The Sarcasity. Because our Fall Collection is offered through a limited preorder, orders are produced after the preorder window closes.

PREORDER FULFILLMENT

The Fall Collection preorder closes September 3, 2026.

Once the preorder closes, your order is sent into production. Please allow approximately 14–21 days for your order to arrive.

This timeframe includes:

Approximately 1 week for production
Shipping time from our production partner
Time for The Sarcasity to receive your order and prepare it for delivery to you

The 14–21 day timeframe is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Production or shipping delays may occasionally occur.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Once your order is ready to ship, you may receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. The Sarcasity is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work to keep your order moving, some delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, production delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order experiences a significant delay, we will provide an update when additional information becomes available.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact information provided on our website.

Please include your order number and any relevant tracking information or photos.

We will review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, shipping availability and rates may vary depending on destination. Available shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply to international shipments.
