2. ORDERS & PREORDERS

The Sarcasity may offer products through limited preorder periods.

When you place a preorder, you are purchasing a product that will be produced after the preorder period closes.

For the Fall Collection, the preorder window closes September 3, 2026. Production will begin after the preorder closes.

Please allow approximately 14–21 days for your order to arrive, including production, shipping, and delivery.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and agree to the preorder process and estimated fulfillment timeframe.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to display our products, colors, designs, sizing, and descriptions as accurately as possible.

Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and photography.

Product details, pricing, availability, and specifications may be updated or changed when necessary.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required at the time an order is placed.

The Sarcasity reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or adjust orders affected by such errors.

Because preorder items are produced specifically based on preorder quantities, purchases are subject to The Sarcasity's Return & Refund Policy.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders will be processed according to the preorder timeline stated on the website.

Estimated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to production, shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of The Sarcasity's control.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Sarcasity is not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
